Returns and Exchanges
We offer a one free exchange per order or a full refund if item is unsuitable.
We do not cover your shipping costs back to us (with exception in special circumstances)
We are happy to accept for return, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is dispatched to us in original packaging within 28 days of order confirmation/receipt.
In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return all or part of your order within 28 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange (subject to availability).
Please remember to indicate if you would like a refund or exchange. If you would like an exchange, please remember to identify what item you would like in exchange. All exchanges are subject to availability.
To return just send the item back together with the receipt/order sheet enclosed with your parcel and mail it back to us within 28 days of receipt. If you have mislaid the order sheet, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you. Failure to do so will result in a delay of up to 30 days in processing your return.

As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request.
Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock, we will refund your account.
BELLA London insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt and take 3-10 working days to show back in your account.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all BELLA London and security garment tags still attached.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All goods will be inspected on return.
In the unlikely event that you have received something that is damaged, faulty or soiled please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending the garment/s back to us.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
Sale items can only be returned for refund by credit note which can only be used in our online store.
